Each experiment has to survive real customers before it becomes a product built to last and to scale. Alongside our products, we build the same kind of systems for other businesses.

We pick a real problem, build the smallest thing that solves it, put it in front of real customers, keep what works and grow it until it runs without us.

We only call something a product once real customers use it without us in the room. Everything else is still an experiment, and we say so.

Before
A customer fills in the enquiry form at 9 pm. It waits in an inbox until someone checks at 11 the next morning. By then they have asked two other companies, and one has already replied.
After
A customer fills in the enquiry form at 9 pm. It is answered in minutes, logged with the right details, and a call is booked for the morning. The first person to read it already knows what they need.

Most of Sanskriti Labs runs on software we built. That is how a small team runs it.
Since March 2026, all five areas of our company have run on these systems. Before one goes into your business, it has run in ours. If it needs one of us to keep it going, it isn't finished, and we don't ship it.
